Seekers is another book series written by the Erin Hunter team

Seekers was first decided on after the publisher of the Warrior Cats series, HarperCollins asked the 'Erin's' to start a new series on another animal.

Several animals were considered such as dogs, dolphins, otters and horses, but in the end Victoria Holmes decided on bears. This appealed to her as she wanted to choose something very different to cats. Bear's are undomesticated and are strong fighters, which made them the ideal choice, so they were chosen as the subject for the series which came to be Seekers.

The story follows four bears, Kallik, a polar bear, Lusa, a black bear, Ujurak, a young grizzly bear who can turn into any animal, and Toklo, also a grizzly bear. The story follows their adventures as they search for a home where they can live in peace away from humans.

The series has spanned for one series, and is now starting its second series.
